The Problem

Your business has tasks that take hours. AI can do them in seconds.

The tools are here, they work, and most of the small businesses around you haven't started using them yet. Here's the math — and a few examples of what it looks like in practice.

A task you do 50×/week

10min

Given back, every month

hours
  • Parsing a stack of supplier invoices into your accounting system

A workflow that reads the PDFs and posts the entries for you.

  • Writing a quote from a spec sheet and a price list

A draft quote ready for your review in under a minute.

  • Sorting the overnight inbox before the day starts

Email triaged by priority, drafts waiting for the five that matter.

  • Pulling a weekly report together from four different tools

The report written, the numbers checked, sitting in your inbox Monday morning.

  • Answering the same customer questions over and over

A small assistant that handles the routine ones in your voice.

  • Hunting through old emails and files for a past order or spec

One search across everything the business keeps. Right answer on page one.

Try it with one task

One call. One working prototype, days later.

The fastest way to see whether AI fits the business. No slides, no platform pitch. Describe what eats the week on a short call, and a working tool shows up a few days later.

  1. 01

    Bring one task

A stack of invoices, a quote that takes an hour, an inbox that never clears. Something specific.

  2. 02

    One short call

Thirty to sixty minutes, on-site or over the phone. Walk through how the work actually happens today. The call gets recorded so nothing gets missed.

  3. 03

A working prototype back in your inbox

Within a few days, a real tool that does the task on real inputs — plus a plain-English plan for what comes next.

Or ask about it in the chat. I usually reply within a few minutes.

How it works

Four steps, plus ongoing support when you need it.

  1. 01

    Free intro call

    15-30 minutes · by phone

A short conversation about your business. Within the day, you'll receive a recommendations document with different options.

  2. 02

    On-site or remote assessment

One hour · $250 flat fee

An in-depth assessment of how the business actually operates. The pathway forward is tailored to what that reveals — tools, priorities, and timing all shaped to the business.

  3. 03

    Implementation, setup, and team training

Typically within a week, depending on project scale

A detailed implementation plan: which tools, how they fit together, what they cost, what to expect. Then the tools get installed and the team is trained on the real work. Training is also available on its own for teams that already know what they need.

  4. 04

Custom automation or software if needed

    Scoped per project

If off-the-shelf tools can't do the job, a small private automation gets built. Scoped tight, runs on the business's own stack or on private infrastructure. Also available as a standalone build.

Why Cortecs

Custom solutions built for your business.

Every business runs differently. The plan starts from how yours actually works — no templates, no reused decks.

  • Local presence

On-site in London and surrounding area. One point of contact from intro call through installation. You'll know who's answering your email.

  • Private infrastructure when the data calls for it

For sensitive work — client records, financials, employee info — there's a setup option that keeps everything on private hardware and off public cloud AI entirely.

  • Works with the tools already in place

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, your existing accounting or dispatch software. No rip-and-replace.

  • Honest about what AI can't do

If a task needs human judgment, the plan says so. If an existing tool is already good enough, the plan says that too. No sales pressure for software the business doesn't need.

What to count on

Three commitments.

  • 01

    Available 365 days a year.

  • 02

    Quick turnaround.

  • 03

    Efficient solutions.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions.

Isn't AI only for big companies?

No. The tools that used to cost a bank to deploy are now a monthly subscription you already have access to. A 10-person business can get the same leverage a Fortune 500 gets — it just needs someone to set it up properly.

Will AI replace my staff?

Not the ones doing the work that matters. AI is good at the boring, repetitive parts — invoice entry, scheduling, first-draft emails, summarizing long documents. Your people get freed up for the judgment calls, the customer conversations, and the work that actually grows the business.

What does it cost?

The intro call is free. The on-site or remote assessment is a $250 flat fee. After that, you only spend what the tools themselves cost (typically $20-$50 per person per month for mainstream AI tools, when they're the right fit). Custom work is scoped and billed per project. Ongoing help is ad-hoc — you pay for what you actually use when you need it, not a monthly retainer.

Is my data safe?

That depends on which setup you choose, and I'll walk you through the options. For sensitive work — client records, financials, HR — I can set up tools that keep your data on your own systems or on private infrastructure I run. For everyday work, the major providers are generally fine, and I'll tell you honestly which is which.

Why not just try the AI tools myself?

You absolutely can, and sometimes that's the right answer. What I help with is the next step: picking the tools that actually fit your work, connecting them to your real files and workflows, and training your team — so AI saves real time instead of sitting in another browser tab.
